Studio Policies
We want every visit to Wisp to be relaxing and seamless. Please review our policies before your appointment so we can make the most of our time together. These policies help us provide the best experience for all our clients.
Booking & cancellations
We understand that life happens! However, to respect everyone's time — including yours — we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may apply.
No-shows: Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
Rescheduling: We're happy to reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
Tip: You can easily cancel or reschedule by calling us directly.
Late arrivals
We build our schedule with care to give each client the time and attention they deserve. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients.
Up to 10 minutes late: We'll do our best to complete your full service.
More than 15 minutes late: We may need to reschedule your appointment or offer a modified service.
We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to settle in and relax before your appointment begins.
Deposits & payments
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking for certain services (full sets, special occasions, etc.).
Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated if you love your lashes!
Health & safety
Your health and safety are our top priority. To ensure a safe experience for everyone:
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or eye conditions before your appointment.
If you have any active eye infections (styes, conjunctivitis, etc.), please reschedule until you've fully recovered.
All tools are sanitized or single-use, and we follow strict hygiene protocols.
If you're feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
Patch tests: If you've never had lash extensions before or have sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test 24–48 hours before your full appointment.
Aftercare expectations
Proper aftercare is essential to the longevity of your lashes. We'll provide you with detailed aftercare instructions, but here are the key points:
Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24–48 hours.
Do not use oil-based products near your eyes.
Avoid rubbing or pulling at your lashes.
Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie.
Sleep on your back or side to avoid crushing your lashes.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect retention, and we cannot guarantee results if guidelines are not followed.
Refill timing
To maintain a full, seamless look, we recommend booking refills every 2–3 weeks.
Refill (2 weeks): Ideal for maintaining maximum fullness.
Refill (3 weeks): Still a refill — some shedding is normal.
Beyond 4 weeks: You may need a full set removal and reapplication, as there may not be enough lashes remaining for a standard refill.
If you're unsure whether you need a refill or a full set, send us a photo and we'll advise you!
Children & guests
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment.
Our studio is a calm, relaxing environment, and lash application requires precision and focus. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a peaceful space for everyone.
Allergies & sensitivities
While allergic reactions to lash extensions are rare, they can occur. Please let us know if you have:
Sensitive skin or eyes
History of allergic reactions to adhesives or cosmetics
Any skin conditions affecting the eye area
We offer sensitive adhesive options for clients with known sensitivities. If you experience any irritation after your appointment, please contact us immediately.
Please note: We are not responsible for allergic reactions that occur after the service. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have disclosed any known allergies or sensitivities.
Photography & social media
We love showcasing our work! With your permission, we may take photos of your lashes for our portfolio and social media. You're never obligated to participate, and we'll always ask first.
If you'd prefer not to have your photos shared, just let us know — no explanation needed.
